We are currently recruiting for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy candidate to join an already dynamic team! The ideal candidate will meet all the listed requirements and be a determined, honest and diligent! We are looking for someone who wants to grow and is ready to work hard for their success!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General assistance to the Director
• Contacting potential property owners interested in selling their properties
• Qualifying potential sellers over the phone with a series of questions
• Organise marketing pictures to be taken of properties ready to be listed
• Inspect the properties and fill in a property report
• Arrange for buyers to view properties for sale
• Complete buyer viewings at properties for sale
• Assisting estate agents with all admin tasks involved in selling properties
• Lead generation by cold calling potential sellers

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience and training within the property and real estate industry would be preferred
• One year’s sales experience (ideally within the real estate industry)
• Excellent time management, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word
• Have an invested interest and plans to grow within property sales and real estate industry
