We are currently recruiting for a sales orientated, hardworking, and tenacious candidate to join a dynamic and driven team! The ideal candidate will be someone sales driven, not afraid of cold calling and have an invested interest in the real estate industry! We are looking for someone who wants to grow and is ready to work hard for their success!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• *Office based role
• Cold calling potential property sellers
• Contacting warm leads
• Negotiating and generating property sales leads with serious sellers
• Contacting leads who have enquired via email or through online portals
• Building the company property database to ensure success

REQUIREMENTS:

• One year’s sales experience (ideally telemarketing experience)
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills – must be tenacious and a great lead generator
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word
• Be target and sales driven and eager to grow
